As far as I know, you can not get inscribable Platinum Wands with Curses, Fire, Water or Death Magic requirement. As Wiki says...

"Platinum Wands found in the Factions Campaign are universal in the attributes they can be linked to.
Platinum Wands found in the Eye of the North Expansion are tied to the Primary attribute of their respective caster profession, except for Mesmer where they are tied to Domination Magic."

Anyway, if you are interested, I do have a req 9 Death Magic Platinum Wand, HSR Death Magic spells (19% chance) for 7.5k.
